Arriving in the small town of Mcleod Ganj/Dharamasala, northern India was like arriving in Tibet. It has been here, since 1959, that the Dalai Lama and the more than 100,000 Tibetans that have followed him have lived to escape persecution from the Chinese since China invaded and took over Tibet. The people have a richness and softness to their faces that I have seen nowhere else. I have a lot to write about that will go up on this blog soon and a lot of photos and video, this is the beginning.
